At Northern Brewer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your homebrewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unopened packaging; please note that perishable goods like liquid yeast and hops are generally non-returnable to maintain quality standards.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our brewing experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
